Trainer Blog: AX 2012 Training Material Updates

I have recently been engaged on a project supporting a British retailer that has updated their AX 2012 business processes. Optimum had previously provided the AX 2012 training support for the implementation back in 2015 and were asked back to ensure their training materials reflected their latest business processes. The project involved expanding and updating existing training materials designed to offer a modular training approach for existing employees and new joiners alike.

Working closely with the finance team, I updated the existing reference guide for the General Ledger module in AX 2012 to reflect the current business processes and best practices. The updated deliverable ensured end users have the necessary support to facilitate carrying out new processes and the flexibility to adapt to future changes in the business.

Additionally, I developed a new modular trainer pack to assist training new joiners, allowing for a flexible on-the-job approach for training new joiners.
