Optimum boasts a large team of skilled, permanently employed Training Consultants, enabling a flexible and responsive approach to the varying demands of any ERP project. Our consultants are experts in various different ERP systems and the business processes they underpin. With extensive experience across a range of ERP software and exposure to various industry sectors, they bring valuable insights to every project. Their proficiency in gap analysis and rapid understanding of business processes ensures efficient knowledge transfer to users.

At Optimum, collaboration is key. Our team regularly exchanges knowledge, so clients benefit from the collective expertise of the entire organisation, not just the consultants directly assigned to their project. Our experienced team is overseen by our leadership team. Below is a little about each of the individuals within this.

As the Director at Optimum, Nicky works with the management team to shape the future of Optimum’s services. She has scoped many training programmes for clients across multiple sectors. With a deep understanding of end-user training and the different challenges faced by our clients, Nicky ensures that both our graduates and seasoned professionals receive the support and development they need to excel and provide our clients with a first-class service.

By collaborating with our sales teams, Nicky contributes to the generation of new business opportunities, leveraging insights and strategies to expand our reach and impact. Nicky’s passion for empowering others and commitment to excellence make a profound difference in our organisation, inspiring individuals to reach their full potential and achieve excellent outcomes.

Jo began her career with Optimum as a start-up business in 1998. Her role was to identify target markets, expand the value proposition and focus on the growth of the business.

As part of a management buyout in 2014, Jo became one of the Directors, and as owner/manager she has a strong focus on devising strategies to ensure continuous growth and profitability whilst overseeing sales, marketing and resources.

Aisha brings over 10 years of experience at Optimum to her role as Operations Manager, where she excels in balancing business objectives with client needs and expectations. She adeptly manages risk, ensuring that potential challenges are proactively addressed with effective solutions.

Aisha also oversees and mentors our team of consultants, fostering their professional growth while ensuring cohesive project delivery. Her strategic approach and hands-on leadership are instrumental in aligning business goals with client satisfaction and operational success.

Jordan is Optimum’s Service and Delivery Manager and is primarily responsible for ensuring our clients have the right people at the right time. Starting out as a Training consultant over 10 years ago, he understands how to build project teams based on the skills needed and client requirements having worked in those environments.

Now splitting his time between client facing roles and the back office, he also looks at ways Optimum can improve our services and solutions.
