We don’t have a standard list of courses, as each one is developed specifically using the client’s customised system build.

All training materials are tailored to their branding and incorporate their unique business processes.

Whilst this is not our primary offering, in some instances we can still support organisations who require post go-live, business-as-usual training support.

We would therefore still encourage you to reach out so that we can further discuss the training requirement.

Unfortunately not. We design, develop and deliver customised ERP training programmes to organisations implementing or upgrading ERP applications, which can involve audience sizes ranging from fifty up to tens of thousands.

In-system tools can quickly capture clicks and output documents, but they often lack the tailored, role-based guidance users need.

Optimum creates tailored training materials which utilise your customised ERP build and business process content, developed using your business branding.

We then combine these materials with expert-led, engaging, business-aligned training delivery that drives real user adoption.

We’re extremely flexible. Our permanent team of 25+ Training Contractors can be on-boarded and off-boarded with minimal notice, eliminating the cost of having Trainers sat idle on fixed term contracts.

Our large team then also means we can scale the team up as and when required.
