Onsite floor walking and hypercare

If required, Optimum training consultants can be utilised as ‘floor walkers’. During a go-live period they will be on hand to answer queries, refresh learning on processes and provide a ‘triage’ service to limit the numbers of user-triggered issues being dealt with by the internal support desk.

Pre-booked sessions can be arranged with the training consultant or this can be an ‘on-demand’ service to hand-hold users as they start to use a new system for the first time. This method can be particularly useful for less confident users of technology.

Hypercare is the period immediately after the system has gone live where an elevated level of telephone support is made available to facilitate the seamless adoption of a new system.

There can often be a 3-4 week period between training delivery and system go-live, during which delegates may not retain certain elements of the training. Floor walking and hypercare, therefore, provide them with additional support to call upon if required.
