ERP firms Acumatica and IFS come together

ERP vendors IFS and Acumatica are coming together in a transaction completed by IFS private equity owner: EQT. EQT Partners acquired IFS back in 2016 and has now added Acumatica via the same funding pool.

Following the merger, the two firms will continue to operate as separate entities, however common strategies will be maximised between the two businesses. Financial terms of this deal were not disclosed.

Optimum have provided IFS end-user training for various IFS implementations over the past few years, including this project at UK-based The Binding Site.
