Trainer Blog: D365FO training for rental business

I have recently been engaged on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 training project supporting a global implementation of the Finance and Operations branch (D365FO) across all areas of the business. All D365FO training material produced by Optimum is bespoke for the client and this project has been no different. Keeping in close communication with both the business and implementation partner contacts, I have been developing role-specific classroom training for the Customer Care audience in the form of a reference guide and trainer pack which are tailored for regional business processes.

Optimum has been supporting the project through its development and I’m very much looking forward to seeing the fruition of the project as we approach the go-live date and begin the delivery of training sessions. My colleagues and I are all looking forward to delivering training sessions in locations across the globe, including the US, Belgium and Malaysia, to name just a few.

This large-scale ERP implementation represents a significant change to everyday business processes, so the role-specific classroom training supported by the training materials will no doubt play a crucial role in this transition to D365FO.
