Optimum COVID-19 Update

Following the recent developments surrounding COVID-19, we feel it’s important to provide you with an update.

We would like to reassure you that we have business continuity plans in place, allowing us to effectively manage incidents such as this outbreak. We are therefore fully confident that we can minimise any impact to our client projects.

Our entire workforce has the technology to work from home; and we have a robust, cloud-based infrastructure which allows remote access to our business systems and technologies. Having put this in place, our employees are able to work remotely. This is a key part of our contingency planning to mitigate any potential risk to our employees, our clients, our partners, and our business.

We will be utilising technologies such as video conferencing to ensure effective client communications are maintained. For the delivery of training, we would ask that you keep us updated if your offices have any restrictions in place that we should consider. However, where possible, we’ll be recommending that all delivery takes place via video conference. Our training consultants are experienced in delivering online training sessions via the likes of Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and WebEx, with course content edited accordingly to match the alternate delivery style.

We hope that you stay safe and well. If you have any questions or specific guidelines you would like us to follow as part of the COVID-19 outbreak, please contact your client engagement manager.
