Following a RapidScope, a range of training materials were developed including Reference Guides, eLearning, Quick Cards and Trainer Packs.

Project Detail

When Harrison Spinks, the British luxury mattress manufacturer, was selecting an ERP training partner to support its Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, Optimum was the obvious choice.

The company was upgrading from its existing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system for a range of reasons, including increased stock control and visibility, the streamlining of business processes and the introduction of new functionality, for example MRP.

Harrison Spinks had some user groups with small numbers who had been heavily involved with UAT. For these audiences Harrison Spinks utilised their super users to deliver training. For larger audience groups, for example Warehouse operatives and production operators, Optimum supported with the training delivery.
