Whitworth Brothers, established in 1886, is one of the largest flour millers in Europe with many subsidiaries, including Carrs Flour. The business has recently selected Microsoft Dynamics Finance (D365) to replace several legacy systems.

D365 will help to standardise processes, increase stock control and visibility, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Having opted to implement D365, the business has since selected Optimum to develop a bespoke training programme and also help to build internal training capability, allowing Whitworth Brothers to become self-sufficient post go-live.

Optimum will develop a series of bespoke courses and materials for Finance, Purchasing, Production, Quality, Transport, Warehouse Management and Sales, and then upskill the internal super users enabling them to cascade the delivery of training throughout each site as they go-live.
