Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) is a global workforce solutions company founded in 1996 and operate across three key functions, Outsourcing, Advisory Services, and Central Operations. AMS is implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across the R2R, P2P, and O2C workstreams to replace a variety of legacy systems.

31 countries are to go-live for Phase 1 which includes training for the Financial Shared Service Centre operating in Poland who support the wider business users, and then further phases will introduce further improvements and solutions.

Optimum were assigned to conduct a RapidScope exercise for all Finance areas, and produced a blended learning solution which included updating and enhancing the existing generic D365 user guides, by including business processes and the AMS unique elements.
