We are thrilled to announce that KBR, a global leader in providing cutting-edge science, technology, engineering solutions, and mission-critical services, has selected Microsoft Dynamics 365 as their new ERP solution to replace their legacy SAP system.

Along with Dynamics 365, various ISVs and systems will be integrated across all legal entities.

The change impact for KBR’s end-users is substantial, with some employees having used SAP for nearly 20 years. Additionally, many areas of the business rely on long-standing workarounds, making the transition to a new system a complex and challenging process for some employees.

To ensure the success of this project, providing staff with tailored, job-specific training is crucial. We are excited to be partnering with KBR as their training provider, supporting them with Wave 1 of the rollout in Australia, followed by additional phases in the UK, Middle East, US, and India in 2025.

Optimum will create bespoke training courses and supporting materials, including quick cards and eLearning modules for key areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Projects.

These base materials will be designed for scalability, ensuring they can be used for future Go-Lives across regions.
