Optimum’s Upskill Training Programme supports organisations who choose to use their internal teams to deliver the end user training. The programme equips internal teams with the skills to deliver the virtual or classroom training in a professional and consistent way, as well as maintain the training materials.

The Upskill Training Programme is comprised of two courses:

Optimum’s Trainer Delivery Readiness course: This two-day classroom/virtual session covers the fundamentals of adult learning including core training skills, using training aids, questioning techniques, learning styles, course structure and coaching skills.

Creating and maintaining training materials course: This will provide the internal team with the tools to create new training materials as well as update the existing training material as the system evolves.
