This form of training suits new users, especially those who are experiencing high levels of change at work and remote workers who may not have a lot of support when back at their desks.

Our virtual delivery, supplied via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx or any client-preferred tool, simplifies the issue of end users being geographically dispersed. This means we can offer a cost-effective, highly efficient training courses to anyone, anywhere.

This offers a dynamic, interactive web-based environment with managed audience participation, extending the reach without additional training consultants.

Professional and engaging presentations, with a demonstration of the system, is a cost-effective way to train large groups of people. This is most successful when there is a limited amount of information to absorb and “hands-on” practice is not essential.

Common instances for this delivery format include the training of short, self-service processes such as timesheet entry, expense submission and updating of personal details.

The learner will need to complete the self-paced lessons in order to become familiar and proficient with the relevant concepts and content. The eLearning will be made up of different elements including, embedded videos demonstrating system functionality, interactive activities, quizzes, text, and images.

Optimum develop the Digital Self-Learn using Adobe Articulate Rise. All colours, logos, and themes would be customised to incorporate the client’s branding.
