OUR OFFERING

Preparing Super Users for ERP Training Delivery

Delivering effective ERP training is essential to the success of any system implementation. Key users are often responsible for transferring knowledge across the organisation, but without the right preparation, even experienced system users may find it challenging to deliver clear, engaging and effective training sessions.

One of five courses offered as part of our Internal Upskill Training offering, this dedicated ERP Trainer Delivery Readiness course is designed to equip key users with the confidence and practical skills required to train others successfully. Our structured approach focuses on developing the core training skills needed to communicate complex processes clearly, ensuring end users gain the knowledge required to work effectively.

Successful ERP trainers require expertise in three core areas: functional knowledge of the system, familiarity with the training materials, and strong training delivery skills. This Optimum training course specifically focuses on the training skills element, helping delegates develop techniques that enable them to deliver structured, engaging and effective classroom sessions.

During the course, delegates explore a range of essential training techniques, including how to use training aids effectively, structure a course for maximum engagement, apply questioning techniques to encourage participation, and adapt delivery styles to suit different learning preferences. The session also introduces coaching approaches that help trainers support learners during and after the training process.

Our ERP Trainer Delivery Readiness course is delivered in a face-to-face classroom environment, encouraging a high level of delegate participation. Through discussion, practical exercises and collaborative learning, key users gain valuable experience in delivering training and managing real classroom scenarios.

This training is designed for super users who will be responsible for delivering ERP training within their organisation. Delegates should already have navigation experience of the ERP system, and familiarity with the business processes being trained will help maximise the value of the session.

By investing in Optimum’s ERP Trainer Delivery Readiness course, organisations can ensure their internal trainers feel confident, prepared and capable of delivering high-quality training that supports user adoption and long-term ERP success.

This course is suitable for super users involved in the implementation of ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, NetSuite, IFS Cloud ERP, Unit4 ERP, or any other ERP platform.
