Instructor-led courses, whether in a classroom or a virtual environment, are designed to engage, create understanding, provide practise opportunities and inspire learners to apply the learning.
Course design and development by experienced and qualified training consultants ensures that training is firmly rooted in your business processes and system build, and relevant to the different user roles.
Training development involves creating lesson plans, in-class quizzes, scenario-based exercises, and graphic aids such as workflow diagrams and PowerPoint presentations. Courses can then be delivered by our training consultants or yours, or a mixed team.
Training can be delivered at your offices or at our fully equipped, custom training centre in the City of London.

Instructor-led classroom sessions
Hands-on sessions, led by an experienced instructor, give participants the opportunity to learn and practice in a controlled environment. This type of learning suits users who are experiencing a large degree of process change as a result system implementation, or where complex procedures need to be learned and followed.

Live, online training sessions
For virtual training courses, we use a number of media providers, including WebEx and Microsoft Live Meeting. Virtual training are a great solution for national and global organisations which have multiple sites and disparately placed staff.
Live classroom sessions can be recorded, saved and used as a future training or reference tool.

Presentations
A professional and engaging presentation with a demonstration of the new or upgraded system is a cost-effective way to train large groups. This is most successful when there is a limited amount of information to absorb and hands-on practice is not essential.
