Optimum's Quality Assurance
Our class sizes are set at a maximum of 8 delegates per class to ensure that they receive quality training on a more personal level. Optimum classroom sessions allow enough time for delegates to complete practice exercises and for trainers to answer any specific questions. This ensures that everyone fully engages with the course.
All our trainers are employed directly by Optimum and are accredited by the Learning & Performance Institute (formerly the Institute of IT Training).
Continued Learning
We value training as a long term investment in your staff. With our desktop application courses each delegate will receive a full reference guide to take away, designed by Optimum's own trainers and project staff. This allows for continued support and 'back at desk' learning and guidance.
Courses are intensive, one-day or two-day sessions. Hands-on exercises and scenarios are used to help you apply what you learn to your own work.
