Introduction to Advanced Training

As the preferred training partner for Advanced, Optimum offers a variety of different end-user training solutions, supporting customer implementations and upgrades across a range of Advanced systems. These include:

  • eFinancials – an Oracle-based financial management system which provides facilities for invoice-to-cash, self-service capabilities and full reporting and analysis functionality
  • e5 – an e-finance hub that enables collaborative planning and procurement commerce
  • eProcurement – a leading Procure to Pay (P2P) electronic procurement system supplied to the UK services sector


Our approach is tailored to your individual requirements and in-house resources. These include:

  • Fully-managed eLearning modules for anytime, anywhere learning around accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and reports, and enquiries
  • A handover training infrastructure, complete with delivery scripts and documentation designed by Optimum training consultants, which can be passed to the in-house project teams to ensure continuity in business-as-usual training
  • Classroom training sessions, complete with real-life user scenarios and quizzes to fully engage users
