Education
Optimum has worked with a number of higher and further eductaion institutions to support the implementation of ERP, finance, eProcurement, awards management, HR systems and CRM/student record systems.
Understanding the diverse funding streams, the way that different faculties work and the complex reporting requirements of universities, as well as the time, financial and event-based (such as graduation and enrolment) constraints they often work under, helps us to construct training programmes and materials to support change.

Not-for-Profit
The not-for-profit sector has to ensure that all investments in new technologies achieve both return on investment (ROI) and return on engagement (ROE), so that a charity continues to improve its fundraising and awareness year on year. Optimum works extensively with the third sector to ensure that charities realise their expected ROI and ROE. This year we have developed training solutions for finance, procurement, CRM, case management, desktop application, SharePoint and resident billing systems for our customers.
The use of IT systems have become more prevalent within the not-for-profit sector as charities look to use management information systems to control costs, improve fundraising management and effectively manage donor relationships.
Optimum has worked with a number of national and international charities including:
-
Victim Support
-
The Salvation Army
-
The Department for International Development
