To ensure that all training projects are developed and delivered to the highest standard, Optimum has a number of staff members who support training projects, develop innovative approaches and uphold best practice within the IT industry.

Training Project Managers

Every project is assigned a project manager, who will oversee the entire project ensuring that milestones are met, changes are incorporated and quality standards are achieved. Optimum project managers are qualified, and experienced in running training projects.

Instructional Designers

Instructional Designers create detailed specifications for all eLearning, classroom and virtual classroom training courses.

eLearning Developers

eLearning developers are expert in a range of technologies, including Adobe Captivate, Flash, Oracle UPK, Datango and more. They draw on qualified graphic design consultants as necessary to ensure high quality visual branding for each customer.

Back office staff

Our Trainer Development Manager ensures that all consultants get the development time and training needed to ensure that they have all the technical, training and client facing skills they need. Our Resourcing Manager makes sure the right people are assigned to the right projects. Our Courseware Production Manager maintains the quality of all courseware development and design. Our back office staff also consists of training administration, sales and marketing, finance and lead generation staff members.
