I think the Microsoft PowerPoint course was well structured and detailed. The trainer explained the subjects brilliantly, and made them very clear and easy to understand.

Very enthusiastic, very knowledgable - good balance of funny stories to break it up and keep it from getting boring - while keeping it concise on time and all relevant, really excellent trainer - also spent just the right amount of time teaching class.
