Optimum, the IT training consultancy, will be delivering a presentation on end-user training and achieving user adoption of Dynamics CRM at the upcoming user conference, to be held at Microsoft's Reading offices on Thursday 21st June.

Optimum specialises in developing bespoke user training for AX and CRM, combining best practice, training expertise and process knowledge to create a unique solution for each Dynamics implementation that we work on.

The presentation takes place at 2.45pm and is entitled "How can you ensure that your organisation will maximise the ROI from its CRM system?” It will be delivered jointly with General Dental Council, for whom Optimum developed user training materials to support their Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint upgrade.
